ok the recipe is super duper simple and fabulously fun to make. tak perlu guna oven pun so tak de la terbakar kulit korang kan hehe :D ingredients yang diperlukan hanya ada 6 bahan aje. so easy and simple :) bagi aku, sesuai la kalau time tu korang nak rushing untuk buat dessert ke, or nak pikat hati suami ke tunang ke mak bapak ke bakal mak bapak mertua ke hehe because it is so simple and dijamin sedap.
maaf la ek aku buat entri ni dalam manglish (malay + english) because aku memang suka campur-aduk things :P and sorry ye gambar tak berapa menarik. tujuannya hanya untuk bagi you all nampak prosedurnye bagaimana, xdela confuse sangat kan. kalau nak tanya lebih lanjut or nak komen, boleh la bg emel or just simple give comments kat entri ni k :)
INGREDIENTS:
120gram castor sugar
4 biji telur
1 tablespoon serbuk koko
500gram cream cheese
(guna mascarpone cheese pun sedap juga or gabungan cream cheese and mascarpone pun lagi sedap)
250gram forno bonomi savoiardi
(boleh juga ganti dengan sponge cake or pound cakes, yang tu pun sedap
jugak)
100ml kopi suam
2) put aside the egg whites and settle the egg yolks first. masukkan castor sugar tadi dalam mangkuk egg yolks. then beat them up until the color turns pale and more silky white, and mixture nye rasa lagi smooth. boleh nampak perbezaannya macam dalam gambar kat bawah ni yek :)
3) next, masukkan cream cheese dalam mixture tersebut. then gaul perlahan-lahan dulu, bila dah nak sebati sikit tu then baru kacau laju bagi lagi sebati dan thickly smooth.
5) after that, masukkan egg whites tadi ke dalam mixture cream cheese. time ni korang kena gaul perlahan-lahan gunakan spatula, tak payah guna pengacau besi tu. kacau dalam circular motion, macam korang nak tangkap udara masuk dalam mixture tu, pandai-pandai la ye. kacau sampai mixture jadi smooth dan separuh cair separuh pekat. jangan rushing sangat, just kacau perlahan-lahan sampai korang boleh rasa sendiri perbezaannya, mixture tu jadi lagi ringan dan cair sikit.
7) then amek yang biskut tu tadi, you all dip them into the coffee. bila dip tu, make sure jangan dip terlalu lama dalam coffee tu, nanti biskut tu mendap dalam kopi hehe biskut ni memang specially made for tiramisu and senang serap cecair. so pandai-pandai la kalau korang nak ada lebih rasa kopi dalam kek, dip it lebih lama but not too long la :) after dipping those biscuits, you all arrange the biscuits in whatever arrangements you like.
8) now the fun part :D you all amek mixture cream cheese tadi then splash it over the biscuits. lagi banyak cream cheese lagi nikmat, seriously. after that, put another layer of coffee-dipped biscuits and splash again with the cream cheese mixture. so easy :)
9) the last step is to sprinkle the cocoa powder on top of the cake. sooo voila! done! it is better to refrigerate the cake first before eating because nak bagi cream cheese to keras sikit dan tak lembik sangat time makan.
it is so easy and simple yet so delicious to dig in :D i hope this tutorial gives more beneficial and great tips for you guys. hee next time nak buat red velvet cupcake pulak, the most trendy and best-selling cupcakes nowadays, rugi kalau tak tahu macam mana nak buat. :D please look forward to it :)
